About me
Anke Steyn is a lecturer at the North-West University in Potchefstroom, South Africa. Her research interests include survival analysis, goodness-of-fit testing and experimental design. She qualified as an actuary and recently completed her doctoral degree in Statistics. Her great passions in life are to make sense of data, and to teach so that the ‘lightbulb’ clicks on. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time in nature.
