Arinjita Bhattacharyya, PhD, is a biostatistician and statistical scientist with nearly a decade of experience across the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Most recently an Associate Principal Scientist in Biostatistics at Merck, she has supported clinical development across oncology, neuroscience, infectious diseases, cardiovascular disease, pediatrics, and other therapeutic areas. Her expertise includes clinical trial design, Bayesian and adaptive methods, survival analysis, statistical modeling, simulation, and regulatory submissions. She has extensive hands-on experience with R, SAS, R Shiny, and, including developing analytical tools and reproducible statistical workflows. Arinjita is also a published researcher, invited speaker, mentor, and active member of the statistical community, with multiple journal publications and extensive experience reviewing and editorial scientific research.
