About me
Dr. Emily Roberts is an assistant professor of biostatistics at the University of Iowa. She completed her PhD in Biostatistics at the University of Michigan in 2022, where her dissertation focused on Causal Inference Methods and Intermediate Endpoints in Randomized Clinical Trials. She enjoys developing statistical methodology that can be meaningfully applied in clinical and public health settings. Since joining the faculty at Iowa, she has been building and leading interdisciplinary research partnerships through the University of Iowa's Causal Inference Collaboratory and is involved in multicenter design and analysis of clinical trials through the Clinical Trials Statistical and Data Management Center via the Data Coordinating Center and NeuroNEXT.
