Rashi is a Data Scientist at Westat, where she works across a broad portfolio of research projects spanning survey methodology, public health, applied machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Her recent work includes network analysis of open-source software collaboration, as well as developing LLM evaluation frameworks and adaptive survey design methods for federal research programs. Rashi is passionate about translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for clients and collaborators. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and following emerging developments in AI.
